1) Upload your picture to a webserver.

- photobucket
2) Copy the Html direct link for your picture if you want to use it for your Avatar（你的脸）.. set in the user profile. set 100 x 100
3) Copy the Image code [img/.......] and paste it on the place you want in the forum.
